The Project

The site

Strategically located just four kilometres from the heart of Sydney’s CBD and within walking distance of Green Square Train Station, the site is well connected to transport, employment, and amenity.

It sits within one of Sydney’s most dynamic urban renewal precincts, where sustained public and private investment has already transformed the area into a vibrant, mixed-use hub with a strong design legacy and established infrastructure.

The subject site, a final piece in the Green Square puzzle, includes two parcels of land located at 960A Bourke St (Stage 3) and 6 Geddes Ave / 411 Botany Road (Stage 4/5) positioned on either size of the Green Square Plaza.

Both parcels of land, amounting to over 18,000sqm, have been cleared, and presently have chain-link fencing and hoarding surrounding the boundaries.

What's been delivered to date?

Since initial planning in 1996, Green Square has evolved into a vibrant urban village, blending high-density living with outstanding community infrastructure..

To date, Mirvac has delivered almost 800 homes across eight residential buildings in Stage 1 (‘Ovo’ and ‘Ebsworth’) and Stage 2 (‘Frederick’ and ‘Portman’), complemented by ground-floor retail with cafes, restaurants, and a Woolworths supermarket.

The surrounding public realm, delivered by the City of Sydney, includes Green Square Civic Plaza and Library, Gunyama Park Aquatic and Recreation Centre, Perry Park sporting fields, and the 6,200m² Drying Green parkland. These spaces foster a strong community feel, with plazas, parks, and facilities perfect for events, recreation, and everyday gatherings.
